Users of the hl7 interface software need to be trained on its operation so as to have easy time with it. While training on this, the users may need to ask a few questions that will enable them sort out some of the simple problems that are likely to arise quite often during this application use. Such questions could include among many other, how to trouble shoot the system when it crashes or if anything happens to it. This is a simple yet very crucial question whose answer may determine the rest of the application’s functionality. The users also need to be taught on the importance of relaxing in case the system crashes in the process of messaging. Relaxing is very important considering that the users may get frightened and in such a scenario, as we all know, you need to relaxed mind to figure out the solution to any problem that comes your way.
